MIXED USE MASTERPLAN FOR VINACAPITAL
GroupGSA was engaged to rework an existing master plan to introduce a villa component and low rise mixed use development to create a harmonious 9 Ha masterplan with a variety of residential and commercial accommodation.
The revised proposal included a connection between the villa and low rise mixed use areas via a ‘walking mall’ open to ground floor retail and commercial space. This in turn linked with a new shopping centre. Massing of buildings was built incrementally so each zone had its own sense of place but was still connected with the other zones on site in terms of a logical transition between densities and use.
The result was an extremely varied and dynamic urban area with multiple living and working options for residents and occupants. This also created strong investment opportunities for investors and owners.
