The project develops an urban residential environment, organised around a series of public domain spaces, with an integrated landscape and public art concept. A strong ESD focus attained an average NatHers rating of 4.5 stars, by incorporating through units, providing comfort cooling and maximised solar orientation.
Stormwater from the development is piped to a pond/ wetland located in ‘The Common’ precinct. Architecture, art and landscape are integrated, providing optimum amenity to the residents and an enriched public realm. The perimeter development reinforces the street edges and the public realm spaces focus on a series of outdoor rooms, and provide a rich diverse visual and physical amenity for the community and residents.
