As the Director of People, Culture, and Practice, Nancy oversees our finance, IT, HR, and other operational departments. She is focused on driving continuous improvement and strategic innovation to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Nancy has an extensive educational background in Finance, an MBA, and a Master's in Human Resources. She combines strategic insight and operational know-how to drive progress in our operations. Nancy is dedicated to creating an environment of growth and development to support our team of 200 professionals in delivering innovative design solutions.
