A Hospitality Branded Office Experience: A Benchmark in Flexible Workspace

A Hospitality Branded Office Experience: A Benchmark in Flexible Workspace

The Executive Centre (TEC) Grosvenor Place is a five-star business lounge redefined as a workspace. Designed to provide a world-class experience, the 1,900-square-metre space blends luxury, innovation, and sustainability to meet the needs of modern professionals.  This is the third TEC space we have designed.

Bringing this vision to life, our Workplace team masterfully designed the interiors, seamlessly merging functionality with high-end aesthetics. The result is a workspace that feels more like a five-star hotel than a traditional office, offering a hospitality-branded experience that prioritises comfort, sophistication, and productivity.

From the moment members step inside, they are welcomed by an elegant concierge area that sets the tone for the premium experience. A vibrant café lounge with a working barista fosters connection and focus. Private offices—designed for teams of 1 to 50+—boast breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline. Flexible coworking areas, refined in TEC’s global office suite formula, offer a balance of privacy and shared spaces tailored to Sydney’s business landscape.

Every detail of the interiors was carefully curated by our team, incorporating state-of-the-art amenities including height-adjustable workstations, Herman Miller chairs, executive boardrooms, digital pods, private phone booths, and a fully equipped podcast studio. The design incorporates locally sourced, sustainable materials and embraces reuse, repurposing key furniture pieces from the previous tenancy reflecting TEC’s commitment to eco-conscious workspaces.

Liam Higginbotham, National Principal of Interior Design, Workplace Sector Lead,  says “Designing for The Executive Centre is always about crafting experiences, not just workspace. From the rich walnut detailing at the bar to the thoughtfully curated art display in the corridors, every touchpoint was considered to create a seamless, hotel-inspired journey for members”

With unparalleled service, a strategic location near Circular Quay, and an engaging business community, TEC at Grosvenor Place is the future of work, where productivity meets prestige.
