28 Brookhollow Avenue Norwest
28 Brookhollow Avenue is a mixed-use development that supports the transformation of Norwest from a traditional business park into a vibrant, transit-oriented Strategic Centre.
Located directly opposite Norwest Metro Station, the proposal capitalises on its strategic location by integrating housing, employment, retail and community uses within a highly connected precinct. Two residential towers of 24 and 32 storeys sit above an activated mixed-use podium, delivering 217 apartments, including a minimum 10 per cent affordable housing, alongside commercial space, a neighbourhood supermarket, childcare centre and active retail frontages.
The design strengthens the public realm through a network of landscaped plazas, active street edges and pedestrian links that connect Brookhollow Avenue with Evesham Court Reserve and the surrounding neighbourhood. A realigned through-site link improves permeability and reinforces walkability, while generous communal open space, deep soil landscaping and retained native vegetation contribute to biodiversity, urban cooling and everyday amenity. The proposal is further informed by a Connecting with Country approach that embeds Dharug knowledge and cultural expression throughout the architecture, landscape and public spaces.
By concentrating housing, employment and community infrastructure within walking distance of high-capacity public transport, the development supports the continued growth of the Norwest Strategic Centre. The project delivers a sustainable, people-focused destination that strengthens economic activity, expands housing choice and creates an active, inclusive and resilient mixed-use community.
