The site is part of the of large community development called “The Hills of Carmel” which has officially been released, offering over 2000 lots of prime housing land, commercial, public buildings, a retail town centre on an over 35 hectare estate with a net worth of more than $1.3 billion.
GroupGSA have been commissioned for the Architectural, Urban design and Interior services do develop a mixed use precinct on a 3.5 hectare site to comprise of a Retail, two commercial towers, 300 boarding house units, a tavern and a petrol station. The site is 10mins from Rouse Hill Shopping Centre, and about 40mins drive on the M2 from Sydney.
