A flagship building for the City of Casey that is being used to revitalise the Cranbourne Activity Precinct.

The Hub will include a range of new community service organisations, including Casey Library, Peninsula Community Free Legal Service (PCLS), Community and Support Services Cranbourne (CISC), Youth Services Cranbourne and City of Casey Customer Service..

The five community services organisations that will tenant the building have competing and overlapping requirements. GroupGSA is facilitating Co-Design workshops with these tenants to understand their requirements better and streamline the project’s decision-making process.

The workshops aim to streamline the project’s decision-making process by including the stakeholders in the Co-Design journey and getting better investment from the end user groups. GroupGSA is also facilitating a second series of workshops. These workshops have been designed to target the community, current users of the community services, and traditional owners.
