The Victorian School Building Authority engaged GroupGSA as the Principal Consultant for the redevelopment and extension of Fitzroy North Primary School in Melbourne's inner northern suburbs.

The project involves GroupGSA's multidisciplinary expertise across Architecture, Interiors, and Landscape Architecture and managing a team of specialist subconsultants.

The design incorporates the latest pedagogical research and design trends, including open-plan collaborative learning spaces to enable free thinking and play. Our Interior Design team developed custom furniture for the classroom and communal spaces to allow better group working experiences and cater to different learning requirements.

The external landscape spaces offer several opportunities for outdoor classes, including an amphitheatre space for formal and informal uses.
