Kurnell Master Plan Community

The Kurnell Peninsula is located on the southern shores of Botany Bay in Sydney’s south. It will become a vibrant and resilient coastal community that honours its rich cultural heritage.

Collaborating closely with our client, we are creating a meticulously crafted master plan encompassing four distinct precincts, each tailored to its unique setting.

At the heart of the design, a series of vibrant centres emerge, each with distinctive character, carefully curated to harmonise with its specific location within the precinct. Furthermore, a dynamic mixed-use town centre takes centre stage as the project’s focal point, strategically positioned near the site entry, creating a captivating gateway experience.

Our approach to community engagement has seamlessly integrated aged care facilities throughout the master plan, affordable housing, and hospitality and commercial amenity. We have seamlessly blended natural elements within and amongst the urban precincts, fortifying north-south connections that enhance connectivity and proximity to nature and ensure a cohesive urban fabric.

This visionary project is set to leave an indelible mark on Sydney, forging a new era of design excellence that seamlessly blends tourism, housing, and nature.
