Link Market Services, Sydney
Link’s Sydney workplace brings together three levels into a connected, future-focused environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and business growth.
Building on a trusted partnership spanning more than a decade, GroupGSA was engaged to design the next evolution of Link Group’s workplace at 680 George Street, Sydney. Occupying approximately 6,800 sqm across three floors, the project transformed a long-standing workplace while maintaining business operations through a carefully staged delivery approach.
The design responds to Link’s evolving ways of working, creating a dynamic environment that strengthens connection between people, teams and clients. A central interconnecting stair links all three levels, improving movement, visibility and engagement while reinforcing the scale and presence of the organisation.
A dedicated Link Lab provides a technology-enabled space where clients can experience and engage with Link’s services firsthand. Flexible work settings throughout the workplace support collaboration, focus and employee wellbeing, creating an environment that can adapt alongside the business.
Building on the environmental graphics strategy developed for Link’s Collins Square workplace in Melbourne, the Sydney office extends and evolves the visual language. Integrated throughout the environment, the graphics reinforce Link’s brand identity and vision of a connected, dynamic organisation.
The result is a contemporary workplace that strengthens culture, enhances the employee experience and positions Link for continued growth.
