Located just 15km from the Sydney CBD and minutes from Parramatta, Melrose Park is one of the city’s most significant urban renewal projects.

Spanning 30-hectares, Melrose Park is a master planned precinct surrounded by parklands, riverfronts, and community-focused amenities. We have played an integral role in shaping the vision for this emerging neighbourhood with Aeris, Dawn and now, Lot K.

Lot K is on a 4,237sqm site at the southwestern edge of the Northern Renewal Precinct. It transforms a former industrial site into a vibrant residential community of 227 apartments across three distinct buildings. The site is a crucial connector bridging future residential zones to the north, Central Park to the east, and the future Town Centre to the south.

Our design approach combines visual strength with enduring materiality. A ground-level brick colonnade gives the buildings a robust, tactile base, while textured metal cladding above creates a modern, refined character. The architecture is clean and vertical in expression, ensuring strong proportions and street presence.

The heart of Lot K lies in its shared spaces. Landscaped communal areas at ground level and rooftops provide room to unwind, connect, and enjoy expansive views towards Central Park and the Parramatta River. Shaded seating, green lawns, barbecue terraces, and gathering places make this a place where community naturally forms.

Lot K will deliver a lifestyle destination, a place where architectural vision and community wellbeing come together. It will be connected, considered, and community led.
