QBE sets new benchmark by empowering employees and curating a culture of collaboration.

QBE sets new benchmark by empowering employees and curating a culture of collaboration.

As an established Insurance provider, QBE sought to evolve its benchmark by utilising brilliant basics for its future workplace footprint. As part of the initiative, GroupGSA was engaged to undertake a national rollout generating a large transformation of QBE's real estate and quality of working environments. The process unearthed the brands desire to have the customer proposition at its heart and create a highly diverse and empowered culture fostering an enriched experience for its clients, partners and people.

To align with the business' DNA and building for the future, we developed robust kit-of-parts enabling a myriad of new working styles that provide the framework for all new workplace environments. Our time with QBE and our collaborators has seen the successful creation of highly immersive tech enabled spaces supportive of a diverse workforce and emerging new generation of employees.

In the Sydney headquarters, there is a large atrium and void supportive of QBE sustainable targets as well as greenwalls on every level including the customer co-working atrium green column traversing over a 3 level volume.

Surrounding the atrium are open and vibrant team neighbourhoods set alongside a ribbon of meeting spaces. The investment in tech enabled remote booking devices has revolutionised the way staff engage with each other and with the physical environment. All workstations, lockers and majority of meeting spaces are synchronised with a remote booking platform allowing full control for staff to plan the day or week as they desire.

We continue to work with QBE on all their workplace transformations in the city hubs and regional centres.
