Scott Street, Liverpool
A contemporary A-grade commercial building, designed to support a flexible workplace and contribute to the ongoing revitalisation of Liverpool’s civic and commercial precinct.
The development delivers over 10,000 sqm of commercial floor space with basement parking. Its side core floor plates provide large, adaptable workspaces with strong access to natural light through floor-to-ceiling glazing. This flexibility supported strong market interest, with the project achieving 50% pre-lease prior to detailed design.
The building’s form is carefully composed through distinct base, middle and top elements, reducing its overall scale and creating a refined architectural presence. To the west, the project establishes an active interface with the laneway, strengthening pedestrian engagement and contributing to the precinct’s urban renewal.
A large covered roof terrace provides shared outdoor amenity for building occupants, supporting workplace wellbeing and connection. The project also achieved a 4.5 star NABERS rating, reflecting its commitment to sustainable commercial design.
