Williams Landing Boulevard Sports Reserve is a key neighbourhood level park, located in close proximity to a new residential development and town centre. The master plan aims to establish the park as a unique and regionally important recreation destination with sports, play and passive areas.

The recreation facilities include a playground, nature play area, youth space including basketball court and kick-about area, exercise station and large BBQ shelter. These provide for a range of ages and abilities, to suit diverse community participation.

GroupGSA worked with sporting facility consultants, 2MHConsulting, to deliver sport facilities including AFL, cricket, and tennis which are anticipated for high community and sports club use.
