Emily is a Principal Architect with over 25 years’ experience, driven by a passion for thoughtful, intentional architecture. As the leader of GroupGSA’s Melbourne team, she champions the health and wellbeing of end-users through a design approach that creates spaces that are welcoming, accessible and culturally sensitive.
Throughout her career in multidisciplinary design practices, Emily has played a key role across all facets of architecture, masterplanning and interior design. She has contributed at an executive level to a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, including multi-residential apartments, workplace and commercial environments, purpose-built student accommodation, aged care and retirement living, social housing, health and education.
Emily is a dedicated problem-solver who applies human-centred, research-led principles to every project, drawing on the latest knowledge and data to inform design decisions. Whether working across masterplanning, urban design or the finer details of interior architecture, she brings a strong ability to understand and interpret project requirements, shaping them into clear briefs and design solutions that exceed client expectations.
