Located on the land of the Gadigal people, our Sydney studio is the largest across our practice with over 100 staff. Based in William Street in Woolloomooloo, the studio is a short walk from the Sydney CBD and surrounded by some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Lisa-Maree, a Director and multi-award-winning architect, is a design and thought leader with a global perspective. Her extensive industry knowledge from working in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia underpins her purposeful, visionary design excellence.

John Holland

As a Director and landscape architect, John oversees our Landscape Architecture business, managing the team, design, and project delivery. He has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and at various scales, gained over many years of multi-disciplinary work in Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia, which informs his leadership. John also leads our Cities and Places sector team, focusing on projects such as Master Planned Communities, Public Domain, and Recreation, many of which have received awards and industry recognition for their innovative design and positive community impact.

As the Director of People, Culture, and Practice, Nancy oversees our finance, IT, HR, and other operational departments. She is focused on driving continuous improvement and strategic innovation to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Alister leads the Living Environments team as a Principal in Architecture and Urban Design. His passion for design and leadership throughout Australia and the UK underpin his unique design approach, demonstrated by his extensive architectural and urban planning portfolio of complex, successful, and innovative projects, many of which are award-winning.

Steven is a Principal and accomplished landscape architect with extensive experience designing, directing, and delivering projects.  Many of these projects have won awards. He is adept at managing multidisciplinary teams and has skills in leadership and communication.

Jenna Keyes

Jenna is a Principal and urban designer in the Sydney studio. With her highly articulate and strategic insights, she leads teams in delivering successful, collaborative outcomes to a wide range of industry-leading public and private sector clients. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she is interested in and deeply understands urban policy, economics, and sociology, which underpins her multidisciplinary approach to design practice.

Liam Higginbotham

Liam is the Principal and leader of the national Interior Design team. He is a leader and a catalyst for innovation. He motivates and inspires project teams, drives strategic thinking, and influences design culture. Liam collaborates with diverse talent across the practice to bring the best design thinking and innovation to life through his role as a facilitator of knowledge and research.

As an Associate Director and architect, Rajat has led the successful delivery of numerous complex projects, focusing on education and social infrastructure for public clients. Rajat has extensive experience on small to large projects in Australia and overseas, including the USA and India.
