Frank Vickery Village
Our team has been assisting Wesley Mission in creating a vision for the following stages of Frank Vickery Village in Sylvania. This site is approximately 5.7 hectares in area and located at the junction of Bellingara Road and Port Hacking Road within the Sutherland Shire LGA.
Our integrated team of architects, urban designers, and landscape architects prepared a planning proposal to support an extensive site redevelopment that will deliver a range of living options, including ILUs, RACF, affordable housing, community facilities, and an existing heritage cottage.
The final master plan consists of five connected precincts, which are underpinned by a thorough understanding of existing conditions, sound urban design and public domain principles, and a visual impact assessment of the surrounding context.
The site’s future vision includes an increased density of up to 450 ILUs, a new 126-bed RACF, and facilities to support the new community.
