A single tower with two Marriott Hotels stacked on top of each other. GSA was initially brought in to evaluate an existing plan and eventually took over the design process, going right back to a 'blank page'.
The result is a split tower over a ballroom and administration podium. GSA was also asked to assist with redesigning the facades for the adjacent apartments and commercial podiums, as well as creating a unified landscape concept.
