Design what’s next with GroupGSA

GroupGSA is growing, and we’re looking for skilled and talented architects at all levels to join our studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Ho Chi Minh City.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that shape how people live, work, learn and connect. As part of our multidisciplinary design collective, you’ll collaborate with architects, interior designers, landscape architects and urban designers to create thoughtful, place-led outcomes for people, communities and Country.

The opportunity

We’re interested in hearing from architects across all career stages, from emerging practitioners through to experienced project and design leaders.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to diverse, complex and city-shaping projects across a range of sectors
• Work collaboratively through all stages of design and project delivery
• Develop creative responses grounded in people, place and purpose
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strengthen your technical, design and leadership capabilities
• Share knowledge and contribute to the continued evolution of our practice

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people who are curious, collaborative and passionate about creating meaningful design outcomes.

• Qualifications in architecture or an equivalent discipline
• Relevant professional experience for the level at which you are applying
• Strong design thinking and an ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Experience working collaboratively within project teams
• Technical capability and knowledge relevant to your career stage
• A proactive approach and a commitment to quality
• An interest in contributing to a positive and inclusive studio culture
