Drawing inspiration from the pristine adjacent beach and ocean, the upscale resort’s design consistently incorporates marine elements. The property includes a 512-unit condotel, 63 spacious villas, a beach club, spa, gym, multiple restaurants, and standard amenities. GroupGSA was responsible for the masterplan, architectural design, interior design, and landscape architecture for the entire site. The architectural components feature fluid, organic shapes that highlight curved attributes, reminiscent of the neighboring ocean’s waves. The interior spaces are adorned in gentle coastal hues, punctuated by injections of turquoise and deep blues. To harmonize the design with the surrounding environment, our landscaping team thoughtfully curated native plants and foliage.
