A harmonious blend of the old and new to create a vibrant workspace within the confines of a reclaimed warehouse, we reimagined a space that now serves as a bustling workspace for a local council. GroupGSA has revitalised this building, creating a dynamic workspace that doubles as a community hub, whilst also catering to the community that the council supports.

A brand new & dynamic home for Mid Coast Council - a lively office and chambers space in a Masters Warehouse conversion. In a collaborative effort, GroupGSA breathed fresh vitality into a former Masters warehouse, fashioning a dynamic office and chambers space tailored to the needs of Mid Coast Council in Taree. This transformation entailed a comprehensive overhaul, reclassifying the warehouse from a Class 6 to a Class 5 structure. While honouring the industrial heritage of the building, we proudly showcased its original features, retaining exposed industrial roof structure. Our interior interventions were thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless fusion of the building’s historical charm with modern functionality.

Designed with the local community in mind, this facility boasts a diverse range of specialty spaces, including an art gallery and an expansive community garden, reinforcing its role as a true community asset. The adaptable front-of-house area can effortlessly transform to accommodate large chambers meetings and events, demonstrating the adaptability and versatility of this heritage-inspired workspace designed by GroupGSA.

Additionally, sustainable design principles were integrated into every aspect of the project, ensuring that this vibrant space aligns with contemporary environmental standards, reducing its ecological footprint and promoting a greener future for the community it serves.
