As an Architectural Design Consultant, we focused on ensuring the company's global standards, including design aesthetics, sustainability practices, and workplace functionality, were met while aligning with South Korea’s local regulations and cultural nuances. We emphasised incorporating flexible workspace solutions to foster innovation and employee productivity, supporting Salesforce’s dynamic and collaborative work culture.
The Team:
Through close collaboration with local design teams and stakeholders, we developed and implemented standardised design guidelines, which outlined key design elements and principles to ensure coherence while allowing for regional adaptations. Our experience with successfully delivering the Salesforce Tower fitout in Sydney proved invaluable.
We evaluated sustainability initiatives to minimise environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency in Salesforce’s built environment. Strategies such as passive design principles, renewable energy integration, and green building certifications were explored to promote environmental stewardship while optimising long-term operational costs.
Implementing universal design principles and accessibility standards ensured that Salesforce’s workplaces were welcoming and inclusive environments for all employees and visitors.
