This project consolidates multiple government agencies into a modern workplace hub, featuring a contemporary, open fit-out that supports collaborative, hybrid working. The design draws inspiration from Maitland’s rich history, incorporating elements from the area’s well-preserved historic buildings.

Retail Development category. Client @Holdmark

Our largest hotel to date, Veriu Macquarie Park offers 184 rooms in Sydney’s premier business precinct. The development features a resort-style rooftop bar, state-of-the-art conference facilities, and quiet workspaces, providing a seamless blend of accommodation and business amenities. This award acknowledges Holdmark’s positive contribution to the evolving Macquarie Park community.
