The design draws inspiration from Maitland’s rich history, incorporating elements from the area’s well-preserved historic buildings.

BOND reimagines the iconic Club Bondi Junction RSL, blending 80 thoughtfully designed apartments with a vibrant two-storey podium. This revitalisation enhances the streetscape with destination retail, hospitality venues, and community spaces, fostering a dynamic urban environment. |
Veriu Macquarie Park
Retail Development category. Client @Holdmark
Our largest hotel to date, Veriu Macquarie Park offers 184 rooms in Sydney’s premier business precinct. The development features a resort-style rooftop bar, state-of-the-art conference facilities, and quiet workspaces, providing a seamless blend of accommodation and business amenities. This award acknowledges Holdmark’s positive contribution to the evolving Macquarie Park community.
