GroupGSA are proud to deliver ARA Leichardt, an exquisite collection of six residential buildings located at 141 Allen Street Leichhardt. We were engaged by our client Changfa to refine and modify the approved DA prepared by Candelapas Associates.
The Team:
Our Sydney Architecture team were engaged to refine the yield, make adjustments to amenities, undertake design development and prepare the tender documentation. This subsequently novated across to the successful tenderer – Decode, to prepare ‘for construction’ documentation and construction attendance.
The development’s positioning within Sydney’s Inner West sought to achieve higher end appointments, fittings and finishes across its 138 apartments. Apartment types ranged from studios to 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes – complimented by spacious basement carparking for 110 car spaces, plus 13 visitors spaces and loading dock.
Each of the six buildings is situated above a landscaped podium on the ground floor, which includes a basement carpark and loading dock beneath. The ground floor offers a shared BBQ area surrounded by lush landscaping, accompanied by walking paths, seating areas, and various landscape features. The penthouse apartments located on the highest level of each building are equipped with skylights and spacious rooftop terraces adorned with leafy surroundings. Additionally, one of the buildings includes a private rooftop garden with BBQ amenities and breathtaking panoramic views.
