GroupGSA were engaged by Retail First to design and deliver the revitalisation of their Cannon Hill Kmart Plaza Shopping Centre.
The revitalisation works comprised of several distinct projects, internal and external, delivered collectively to realise holistic strategic outcomes for the centre.
The Team:
The works included the following:
- New entry statements to the two main entrances at Coles and Kmart, including interior foyers. External facade redesign and upgrade to improve street presence and pedestrian movement. Building repainting, incorporating graphic design elements.
- New Pylon and facade branding signage.
- Carpark layout upgrade and reconfiguration to improve pedestrian movement and traffic flow. Refurbishment of existing amenities, parents room and staff facilities.
- Mall interiors upgrade including feature ceilings.
