Our integrated team of architects, urban designers, and landscape architects prepared a planning proposal to support an extensive site redevelopment that will deliver a range of living options, including ILUs, RACF, affordable housing, community facilities, and an existing heritage cottage.
The final master plan consists of five connected precincts underpinned by a thorough understanding of existing conditions, sound urban design and public domain principles, and a visual impact assessment of the surrounding context.
The site’s future vision includes an increased density of up to 450 ILUs, a new 126-bed RACF, and facilities to support the new community.
