GroupGSA was commissioned to provide a comprehensive range of services for the development of IXORA 2 Ho Tram, located in a prominent coastal destination just two hours away from Ho Chi Minh City.
Drawing inspiration from the pristine adjacent beach and ocean, the upscale resort’s design consistently incorporates marine elements. The property includes a 512-unit condotel, 63 spacious villas, a beach club, spa, gym, multiple restaurants, and standard amenities.
Our Vietnam team was responsible for the entire site’s masterplan, architectural design, interior design, and landscape architecture. The architectural components feature fluid, organic shapes highlighting curved attributes reminiscent of the neighbouring ocean’s waves. The interior spaces are adorned in gentle coastal hues punctuated by injections of turquoise and deep blues. To harmonise the design with the surrounding environment, our landscaping team thoughtfully curated native plants and foliage.
