In Spring 2019 DA approval was granted and we progressed with the design development and construction information project stages. The heart of the project is the six terraced residential blocks, a harmonious blend of modern design and comfort. These blocks house a total of 45 two-level townhouses, each offering a unique living experience.
The Lyra Marina Quays Townhouse development on Hope Island on the Gold Coast, Queensland, is a component of the larger Lyra Development, which spans three adjacent sites on Hope Island.
Lyra Marina Quays occupies a prime waterfront location along the Coomera River canal. It boasts a 12-berth marina pontoon and encompasses eight waterfront lots. A public promenade runs along the canal front, providing access through the development.
With a variety of 3 and 4-bedroom typologies, double garage off-street parking, and rear gardens for all townhouses, we have ensured that every resident’s needs are met. The project also features open green spaces with play and recreation areas, and the access roads are designed as tree-lined shared pedestrian zones, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
The 8 waterside lots to be separately developed have been included in the DA submission. Open green spaces with play and recreation areas have been carefully integrated along with rear gardens for all townhouses, giving a site coverage of 35%. Access roads within the development are designed as treelined shared pedestrian zones.
