  • Sydney

South West Sydney’s premier regional sporting and education destination.

Consistently identified as an ideal location for urban renewal due to its proximity to public transport, we developed with DPIE a master plan for the precinct for 2040. It Proposes additional homes, increased density, and heights to encourage renewal and link infrastructure with growth. It also offers the potential for employment through education, health care and commercial opportunities – revitalising and transforming Glenfield into a new self-contained new centre for the South West.
