The Team:

The Master Plan proposes additional homes, increased density, and heights to encourage renewal and link infrastructure with growth. It also offers the potential for employment through education, health care and commercial opportunities – revitalising and transforming Glenfield into a new self-contained centre for the Southwest.

Through the transformation, Glenfield’s heritage will be protected and enhanced, with existing schools retained and with investment in the future of Hurlstone Agricultural High School to continue a strong legacy of contribution to agricultural education.

The Precinct is a unique educational hub for Western Sydney, supported by diverse housing that responds to the community’s changing needs. The Master Plan by GroupGSA will be a connected, inclusive community where people come together and enjoy parks, playing fields and abundant open space adjacent to a new and thriving town centre.

Glenfield’s strategic location has consistently made it an ideal spot for urban renewal. It has excellent access to public transport, opportunities to provide new jobs, and the potential to deliver high quality new homes supported by infrastructure.
