Two roles | Bid /Studio Coordinator – Melbourne Studio + Brisbane Studio

Our Melbourne studio and our Brisbane studio are seeking an experienced Studio & Bid Coordinator to join them in each studio.

You will bring 2+ years’ experience, ideally in architecture, interiors or a related design industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

What you’ll do

Bid Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, interpreting briefs and producing standout, client-focused submissions
  • Collaborate with our national bids team to ensure timely, high-quality proposals that reflect GroupGSA’s brand
  • Use Adobe InDesign to craft visually engaging and persuasive bids

Studio Management

  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Support the team with operational needs, manage maintenance, and nurture positive client relations.
