Simone is an Associate Director leading our Melbourne Interior Design team. Her national and international experience covers various sectors, including hospitality, luxury residential, commercial/workplace and health. Notable projects she has led include redesigning a luxury hotel in Melbourne and the interior design of a high-end residential complex in Dubai.
Thien is a Principal and General Director leading our Vietnam studio. Thien is one of the few internationally Chartered Architects in Vietnam today. He has extensive experience working on large-scale projects worldwide, including the UK, Norway, Canada, Bermuda, Africa, Dubai, and Australia. In Vietnam, he is registered as a Class 1 Architect and master planner and sits on the Vietnam Green Building Council Board of Directors.
Luke is an Associate Director and architect with extensive experience in the construction industry. He has worked on various projects in Australia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Ireland, and the UK at all project lifecycle stages, including high-end residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality buildings.
As an Associate Director, Jessica is an interior designer dedicated to designing and delivering creative spaces that elevate cultural and brand experiences for her clients. Jessica consistently delivers dynamic, impactful, inspiring environments, showcasing her unwavering dedication to excellence and client success.
Jay is an Associate Director and architect specialising in commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors. He manages projects from concept to construction, which include large mixed-use towers, CBD developments, and boutique residential apartment buildings. Jay has a strong passion for tall buildings and has worked on large-scale projects in Australia and overseas.
Lachlan is an accomplished Associate Director with extensive experience designing and delivering diverse projects, including multi-residential, commercial, retail, educational and mixed-use developments. He is a team leader with a passion for projects in the education sector.
Pei is an Associate Director, Architect, and NSW Design Practitioner with extensive global experience in public and private projects in architecture and master planning. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of design for living environments focused on seniors’ living, retail and mixed-use, commercial, and educational design.
Izabella is an Associate, and a passionate, dynamic, and client-focused architect. Her experience covers an extensive project portfolio, and her expertise includes residential, aged care, commercial, industrial, community use, places of worship, and Heritage and period housing.
Graeme, an Associate Architect, brings a wealth of experience from Australia, the UK, and international projects. His portfolio spans commercial, residential, mixed-use, civic, education, and transportation sectors. He manages and coordinates design teams on high-profile projects and detailed design phases.
Jenny, an Associate and highly accomplished interior designer has extensive experience delivering highly complex projects. She has successfully managed projects across various typologies, including secure environments, commercial, heritage refurbishment, life sciences and technology, and justice precincts. Her design and design management expertise is evident from project briefing to on-site installation.
Pooja, an Associate Architect, applies her experience to numerous residential, community, and infrastructure projects. Her background in construction and extensive understanding of project management allow her to deliver projects that truly capture the intention and vision for the space.
Jordan, an Associate interior designer, is dedicated to providing excellent client service. She has a sharp eye for detail, which she applies throughout the entire design process. Her portfolio includes managing and delivering designs for notable clients such as Westpac, Microsoft, Link Market Services, and Ernst & Young, showcasing her ability to handle large-scale projects.
Kha is an Associate architect experienced in various projects, including healthcare facilities, mixed-use development, commercial buildings, and hospitality. He has a deep understanding of both international and local codes. He is also a specialist in healthcare design and has exceptional medical planning skills.
