Lisa-Maree, a Director and multi-award-winning architect, is a design and thought leader with a global perspective. Her extensive industry knowledge from working in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia underpins her purposeful, visionary design excellence.
As a Director and landscape architect, John oversees our Landscape Architecture business, managing the team, design, and project delivery. He has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and at various scales, gained over many years of multi-disciplinary work in Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia, which informs his leadership. John also leads our Cities and Places sector team, focusing on projects such as Master Planned Communities, Public Domain, and Recreation, many of which have received awards and industry recognition for their innovative design and positive community impact.
As the Director of People, Culture, and Practice, Nancy oversees our finance, IT, HR, and other operational departments. She is focused on driving continuous improvement and strategic innovation to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Alister leads the Living Environments team as a Principal in Architecture and Urban Design. His passion for design and leadership throughout Australia and the UK underpin his unique design approach, demonstrated by his extensive architectural and urban planning portfolio of complex, successful, and innovative projects, many of which are award-winning.
Jenna is a Principal and urban designer in the Sydney studio. With her highly articulate and strategic insights, she leads teams in delivering successful, collaborative outcomes to a wide range of industry-leading public and private sector clients. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she is interested in and deeply understands urban policy, economics, and sociology, which underpins her multidisciplinary approach to design practice.
Liam is the Principal and leader of the national Interior Design team. He is a leader and a catalyst for innovation. He motivates and inspires project teams, drives strategic thinking, and influences design culture. Liam collaborates with diverse talent across the practice to bring the best design thinking and innovation to life through his role as a facilitator of knowledge and research.
As an Associate Director, Rajat has led the successful delivery of numerous complex projects, focusing on education and social infrastructure for public clients. Rajat has extensive experience on small to large projects in Australia and overseas, including the USA and India.
Brian is an Associate Director and an accredited Green Star Assessor. His experience in project coordination covers both the public and private sectors, allowing him to draw on decades of knowledge gained from various project types.
Luke is an Associate Director and architect with extensive experience in the construction industry. He has worked on various projects in Australia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Ireland, and the UK at all project lifecycle stages, including high-end residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality buildings.
As an Associate Director, Jessica is an interior designer dedicated to designing and delivering creative spaces that elevate cultural and brand experiences for her clients. Jessica consistently delivers dynamic, impactful, inspiring environments, showcasing her unwavering dedication to excellence and client success.
Jon is an Associate Director and a specialist in Corporate Workplace Environments. He has an extensive portfolio of award-winning projects over many years, across many types of contemporary premium, warehouse, and heritage office space environments.
Felicity is an Associate Director and landscape architect with extensive experience in the private and public sectors. She has been involved in many projects, from highly detailed small-scale spaces to larger industrial, commercial, and residential areas.
Anika is an Associate Director and landscape architect. Her expertise includes various project types locally and internationally.
Noura is an Associate Director and architect with experience across residential, government, infrastructure developments, and education sectors. She is well-versed in providing development advice and navigating complex statutory regulations to provide comprehensive solutions.
Claire is an Associate on our landscape architecture team and has experience across Australia and the United Kingdom. With a background in Cultural Anthropology and Fine Art, these disciplines underpin her approach from thorough research on context, people and culture to design’s creative and explorative nature.
Jordan, an Associate interior designer, is dedicated to providing excellent client service. She has a sharp eye for detail, which she applies throughout the entire design process. Her portfolio includes managing and delivering designs for notable clients such as Westpac, Microsoft, Link Market Services, and Ernst & Young, showcasing her ability to handle large-scale projects.
Pei is an Associate Director, Architect, and NSW Design Practitioner with extensive global experience in public and private projects in architecture and master planning. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of design for living environments focused on seniors’ living, retail and mixed-use, commercial, and educational design.
Manal Salma is an Associate with a wealth of experience and expertise in Revit. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical applications, Manal has established herself as a leading authority in her field.
Michelle is an Associate and architect with experience across many sectors including Education, Multi Residential and Community projects.
Zoe is an Associate and architect who moved from South Africa to Australia almost a decade ago. She has worked on various building projects, including residential towers, hotels, retail, and housing design. Zoe specializes in residential apartment design, with a focus on large- and medium-scale projects up to 60 storeys.
