Our designs are rooted in a deep understanding of operational models, considering shifting demographics, intergenerational living, community integration, and sustainability.

We specialise in designing build-to-rent apartments, senior living communities, aged care facilities, student accommodation and social housing.
We have a longstanding history in designing and delivering significant social and affordable housing, including the proposed State Significant Development for 744 mixed-tenure residential and social housing apartments of equitable scale, design and amenity at Eden St, Arncliffe.

We have delivered multiple projects for Homes NSW, formerly the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC). We’re very proud of our design for Australia’s first mixed-tenure, build-to-sell and social housing initiative for Anglicare.

Our studio’s expertise in delivering high-quality, socially responsible developments has earned recognition from the NSW Planning Department, and its Homes NSW Chester Hill project is acknowledged for its exemplary design.

We have proven expertise and experience in delivering 6-Star Green Star communities.

As a Director and landscape architect, John oversees our Landscape Architecture business, managing the team, design, and project delivery. He has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and at various scales, gained over many years of multi-disciplinary work in Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia, which informs his leadership. John also leads our Cities and Places sector team, focusing on projects such as Master Planned Communities, Public Domain, and Recreation, many of which have received awards and industry recognition for their innovative design and positive community impact.

Thien Duong

Thien is a Principal and General Director leading our Vietnam studio. Thien is one of the few internationally Chartered Architects in Vietnam today. He has extensive experience working on large-scale projects worldwide, including the UK, Norway, Canada, Bermuda, Africa, Dubai, and Australia. In Vietnam, he is registered as a Class 1 Architect and master planner and sits on the Vietnam Green Building Council Board of Directors.
